Welcome to Fit InSight, a fitness/wellness information blog. Thank you for visiting us.
Fit InSight is run by Steve and Carole Cole. We’re sharing our journeys from baseball/basketball pick-up game player to couch potato, competitive swimmer to unhappy, middle-aged housewife while providing information we’re learning about various programs and diets, as well as what we’ve learned about ourselves along the way.
We hope you’ll find Fit InSight interesting and helpful on your own fitness journey. We look forward to your comments and suggestions.
