The Coles - year 1990 - Steve at 330 lbs, heading toward 360. Carole at 155 lbs, heading toward 183.
Fit InSight began as the result of a dream. The name was clear but at the time, the direction was anything but. As a couple, we have gone from mildly overweight to living with years of obesity. Finally looking at serious health issues square in the face, we dove into educating ourselves on the direct results of good nutrition and exercise and the lack thereof which in time, helped us take control of our lives.
With Fit InSight, we hope to put our knowledge, our thoughts, and our personal struggles with food, weight, and health to good use. We welcome your thoughts and comments.
